​Return Conditions

– You must specify "Name, Surname, Phone Number, IBAN Information and your reason for return" in the RETURN Section of the Order Form that comes with the products and send them along with the products.
If you do not have an Order Form, you can send it by writing the requested information on a blank piece of paper.

– Products that have been used and whose return period has passed cannot be returned. Products received in this way will be sent back to you WITH A PAYMENT.

– The return period is 14 Calendar Days from the day you receive the products.

– There are NO RETURNS for products such as balloons, disposables and party supplies, in accordance with the legal regulations. For returns, the package must be unopened.

– Only the PRODUCTS you have sent can be returned. THE SHIPPING FEE you pay when placing your order WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
